Read Across America
We kicked off Read Across America with a special visit from NY Red Bulls goalkeeper John McCarthy. Thank you to him and the NY Red Bulls for inspiring our young readers!
Throughout the week, students celebrated with a variety of fun activities, including reading with classmates and exchanging bracelets, showing off their creativity during a wacky spirit day and wearing shirts featuring words and messages. High school students also visited “Rock and Read” with our Cubs and we welcomed several guest readers into our classrooms.
